DESCRIPTION

The Abisko Hike 35 from Swedish outdoor experts Fjällräven is a versatile backpack perfect for cabin-to-cabin hikes and lightweight trekking. Made from 100% recycled polyamide, this backpack has an adjustable back length system with ventilating air mesh on the back panel, shoulder straps, and hip belt - making for all day comfort.

With a top-loaded main compartment featuring a front zipper and a top-lid with bungee cord and two zippered pockets. There are two sleeve pockets inside the main compartment and a zippered inside pocket that is easily accessed from the front opening and top. The two oversized side pockets are great for carrying bottles and there are also two pockets on the supportive hip belt. Attachment on the front of the backpack for a trekking pole or ice axe. Hydration system compatible. Rain cover included.

PROVENANCE AND ETHICS  

The story behind Fjällräven began in 1950 when Åke Nordin, a 14-year-old boy from Örnsköldsvik in Northern Sweden, was about to go for a trek in the mountains and not liking the backpacks that were available at that time, decided to take matters into his own hands and built a wooden frame. To this day, Fjällräven develop environmentally friendly fabrics and co-operate with partners to improve the environment and support biodiversity.
